Last quote before Tender!

We have been told this will be the last update to our quotes before Tender which I am kinda of happy about as it will give me a little break to think about anything else we have missed and want to change on the day. It'll also help me to start organising the paper work that we need to bring.

We are told that, at our Tender we will get most of the pricing for our items that have been listed "TBA"

Our Tender is scheduled for the 25th of May.

We have had the quote updated to remove some errors around the caesarstone.

So we have updated our quote with a few more items we were after, this is the first real take, we need to update this again as there are some errors around caesar stone.

Well we have added a few things to this one, sorry about the scribbles and comments written everywhere.

Main items/changes:

• Double Glazing
• Stacked Stone Piers
• Changed to Bellford Facade
• Doors, Stacking, Sliding, BED Rob Doors, Pantry, Study etc.
• Caesar stone to Laundry with extended bench
• Full tiling to Ensuite wall
• Delete Linen cupboard
• Soundscreen insulation to Lounge
• Slide out range hood to Kitchen
• Window size change to Bed 2, 3 & 4

There are still a-lot of TBA costs that we would like to firm down, we are told some of these won't be available until tender.

Well we have had a bit more time to think about what we want in our house, this is probably really our real first quote.

Main items are:

• Soaker tub to Ensuite with relocation of shower
• Garage extension change to 500mm
• Provide 300mm raised ceiling to Entry/Family/Kitchen
• Pantry Cabinet Option 3 - Base cabinets, and over head cabinets to BED2 wall
• Sink to Pantry
• 3 Phase underground power, including upgrade of circuit board and isolating switches (to support future air con/garage tools)
• Cat3 brick
• Extension of Study 1 x 2.43m
• Delete linen cupboard and square off Laundry
• Games Hallway Door added to section off Games/Bed3 & 4 from the rest of the house
• Stacker sliding doors to Family Room and Games Room, including increased height to 2400mm
• Caesar stone category pricing added, a lot of window size changes.

So today the wife, daughter and I went down to the display village in Clyde North and had a great chat with our sales consultant. Our site costs are what she says are worst case estimates at this stage until they can do a soil survey.

We have put on the Claremont facade for now as its the most expensive one, but we are not sure if we will actually chose this one.

We will head back tomorrow and pay our initial deposit so that a soil survey can be done and in the mean time have a bit more of a think about what we want to update in our sales quote.
